This is a UK polystyrene model kit of David Tennant as the 10th doctor, of the TV series "Doctor Who" made by the company airfix.
Originally the model came as a diorama complete with Martha and Tardis models also. It's around the size of a 1/12 model, but super detailed.

Beautiful work! Not to nitpick, though, but the 10th Doctor has brown eyes not blue.
